I met a guy over the summer and we got really close. He goes to a different school, but we only live 15 minutes away. We got really close and were practically dating. we both ran cross country and got to see eachother at the meets and we hung out a few times a week. I REALLY liked him. But one day we hung out all day and I took him home and he said he'd call the next day and I left. But he didn't call and wouldn't talk to me on the internet the next night. We haven't spoken in person since. November was when this happened. I went to his football game thatweek to talk to him and he barley said anything to me. But a few weeks ago i sent him a message on myspace and asked him why he wouldn't talk to me and he said it was because he was afraid of getting too attached to me or something i've seen him a few times at bball games, and i really want to talk to him but i'm too afraid. i really scared he'll just ignore me. I want to tell him how i feel and try to work it out. what should i do??

Just tell him. If you tell him too late, he might not like it. Guys dont like it if girls tell them after a long time. They want to know how you feel. And maybe he feels the same if you are so close!

What was he mad about?

Sounds to me like he's not really old enough to be in a relationship.
