Easy. Just go on ebay in the health and beauty section. Keyword search "chemical peel." There's a lady who sells an amazing product for $17 including shipping. Just look for the TCA/glycolic peel. You'll see a scary picture of a scabbed up face. But then it shows day-by-day progress. Your face won't scab like that if you use the product the way I use it. Feel free to write me if you order it. Write me before you use it because I can tell you some things. But the stuff is just great. This will solve your problem.

It's called "Keratosis Pilaris". You need to get a really intense moisturizer (like Carmol 20) and use it daily. This should soften it up enough so that you can exfoliate it. Make sure you exfoliate regularly - it will eventually clear up!

I used to get those too. I think they are weather-related. It gets worse during the cold times of year.
