Sure, and it's not like you're that much older than everyone else in college anyway. You should be able to fit in easily enough.

There are people in their 30's, 40's and even 50's going to college and starting careers.

I consider being 22 years old a young age. I believe that anyone can go to college at any age..as long as their over the age of 18. When I was in college, there were lots of people in their 30's or 40's taking classes to better themselves. It doesn't matter what age you attend college. As long as your mentally ready and motivated enough to go..then you'll do fine.

22 is still young enough considering many college freshmen and sophmores are 22 or above because many students go to a community college befor going to a university

Yes--22 is young--some people go to college when they are a decade or two older than you (or even older than that). Career wise, you have lots of time--concentrate on your studies. Good luck to you!

Yes. I can imagine what you're thinking, because i've wondered the same thing at one point. People go to college at all ages and many start in their later 20s after getting their immature urges out of their systems. Don't worry about it. Just do it. You'll feel so much more fulfilled.

unless your'e planning on passing away within the next few years

if that's not the case, think of your other option which is regretting that you didn't do something you wanted to do when you were 22 years old for the rest of your life

good luck to you
