To save me time answering the same q by 10 people, here's the solution. If your body weight is sitting still, your gaining weight or it fluctuates, you need to speed up your metabolism. Try eating 4-6 times a day with small meals. This causes the body to run quicker which in turn starts burning off the fat. This is very basic and your BMR rate needs to be caculated but this is the basis to losing weight. Good luck.

what i LOVE about this question: you sacrificed 5 points instead of gaining probably 22 points or so just copying and repeating an answer...what this shows: you genuinely want to help people.
