To save me time answering the same q by 10 people, here's the solution. If your body weight is sitting still, your gaining weight or it fluctuates, you need to speed up your metabolism. Try eating 4-6 times a day with small meals. This causes the body to run quicker which in turn starts burning off the fat. This is very basic and your BMR rate needs to be caculated but this is the basis to losing weight. Good luck.
