I need the quickest and least painful way to pull out my top right canine tooth. It's my last one, and the adult tooth above it is coming out the side, which is very common, but it irritates me.

I have always used a toothbrush when trying to get my loose teeth out. It doesn't even hurt, could hardly feel it. It also depends if the tooth is ready to come out. It should be real loose and be able to see the edges of both side of the tooth touching your gum when you wiggle it. Make sure you have a cup of water ready and near the sink. It will bleed for a minute. Just very gentle brush like normal but in smaller strokes. Be careful of not losing the tooth on the bathroom floor; don't want somebody else to find your tooth with blood in it!

Hmmmm.. I don't know about painless.. I grew up with 7 brothers who removed any loose teeth with pliars as soon as they could catch me!

Edit: but to answer your question... you might buy some OraGel and numb it with that and then pull it.
