I take a walk around the block or go to someplace new, like a park or a lake that I have never been before.

You dont have to have a place to go...you could just go for a walk and enjoy the senary. Or bury yourself in an interesting book, perhaps you could just watch a movie or call a friend...there are many things you could do to escaple the boardom of the four walls sometimes these things are hard to find unless your looking for them. So just look for opportunities!

You must live in upstate N.Y. .All kidding aside.Go to the movies or to the mall. It least you'll be around people.I like to sit and watch people at the mall.It sounds like you have cabin fever.
