idk why, but when I'm around him, I'm always acting bossy, or catty, and after I think,"God, I'm SUCH an idiot! Why am I like that?" I feel really bad, and I can tell he gets a little upset, so why am I like this, and what should I do?

Obviously there is something about this guy that brings out the worst in you - not enough info to say exactly what - WHY you want or feel the need to abuse him is something deeper about you - you might want to talk to a professional on that - I suggest that you DO NOT date him anymore UNTIL you get help - verbal abuse is just as hurtful as any other kind - do what's GOOD for BOTH of you.

STOP NOW. u may end up losing this guy. maybe u reach the point where you are too comfy around him. you may go take vacation together. go somewhere you two havent been to yet. have this quality time together and rediscover how much you love this guy. there you will realize that you will have to make some attitude changes when u you are around this man, or risk you will lose him. same time this is also a chance for you to make it up to him for acting bad those past times.

Maybe your really comforable with him. For myself, I'm a pretty reserved, polite person in public; when I get home I tend to get bitchy if I'm having a bad day. Recently, I have noticed have been showing my boyfriend this attitude. It has nothing to do with him, I'm not mad at him. I'm just so comforable around him, I let him see my "bad side' We have been dating for two years, so i'm comforable enough with him that he will understand not to take it personally.
