It is so easy, really. I mean, I could say that I will die for, say, all of mankind. But, how often do we hear "I will live for mankind!" Why not live for somebody? Or everybody? I don't mean slavery, no. I mean, live! That sends a better message. Don't we like people who are "full of life?" Have fun with people!

Yeah, fine, you win. We'll all die because that's what we want. I always thank people for dying, as it leaves more room for me.

Look, we die. But is that a reason not to live? Or should we live because of that?

And I poked fun at the whole mankind thing because it was on my mind. No offence to Jesus (though I do hope to offend Christians, they say the silliest things when they’re mad).

Really, I'm trying here.

No not just anyone. The person would have to have the ability to be entirely without sin. They would have to be wholly God. Yet they would have to be wholly human as well to be able to live on earth surrounded by the sins of others. Only Jesus of Nazareth the Christ, the Savior, the Messiah fullfills that so only He die for all mankind.

Don't worry, He conquered death though, He lives, and He is abundantly FULL OF LIFE!

A person can say they will die for another, but how often does it actually happen? Jesus died for us and He didn't have to. He did nothing wrong. Jesus died for us BUT He is ALIVE. He rose from the dead and arose to Heaven. The work of redemption was complete. I think that in answer to your question, Jesus did both. He died for us and is now alive for us. To my knowledge, that's a first and only.

Anyone can die for someone else, true. The problem is this: The punishment for sin is death. We all deserve death because we all have sinned. Jesus, being the only person who never sinned, was the only one able to intercept our punishment. Through His death, He bore our sins and gave us the opportunity to reunite with the Father. Yes, anyone can die for some body, but only Jesus could die for their soul.

I will not die for mankind, since it's mostly corrupt and evil. But yes, I shall live for God.

If you live for someone then you'll just let them down when you're dead. It's better to die for someone, that way all they can do is thank you. If you live for them, they'll just be sorry when you're gone.

Jesus is ALIVE...that was the point of His death...to defeat death and satan and sin, and to make it possible for all of us to live with God, Him, and the Holy Spirit eternally.

No those were the dialogs to sell things or religion whatever, when people were so quick at believing things.

Then don't die. Live because you may still be needed.
