PayPal was requested to change my password but have not sent the information to my e-mail address. Do you have any reason for this. Yes, everything was filled out to the t. PayPal is messing up maybe?How do I send paypal e-mail? I cannot find one for password not sent. Can you help?

on the bottom of the paypal home page there is a link for contacting there is a toll free number they provide for 24 hour customer service that is voice prompted when you call them say agent when asjked how they can help you then you will get a live agent who will walk you through the steps good luck
