eat lots of fruit and veggies. No fried meals. Grill is better. No pop or sugar juices. Lots of water, tea, 5 to 6 small meals at day.

Eat lots of pickles......i have lost 96 pounds in the last 5 months i walk 2 miles a day,put every Friday night i splurge on my diet.....I only eat baked chicken or baked turkey and lots of steamed veggies,and i eat pickles for snacks or just when i think i want something to eat for no reason

take out anything prosessed.no tv dinners, no potato chips. if you can make all of your meals so that you know everything that is going into it. and sit down at the table to eat, and absolutely dont eat anywhere else. if you are hungry and need to eat, sit down at the table and have your food. dont always finish your food either, if you feel satisfied and have half left, leave it or save it for leftovers, i know thats hard, but its true that people eat way more than a portion size when they eat meals. so try to stick to lots of fruits and veggies, lots of water to fill your belly and a palm size portion of meat.also, putting down your fork after every bite helps, because your not just shoveling food into your mouth mindlessly, and it makes you feel more full.and last but not least, it takes your body 20 minutes to realize its full, so dont keep scarfing down food after your meal, wait for awhile and you wont even feel hungry

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Stay away from high fat foods and sugars, eat carbs in moderation. Eat fresh food not processed. Stay away from restaurants, esp fast food.
High protein, fruits & veggies are good.
