Cthulu would wait and watch from the darkness, until the others are weakened. Once a ring announcer realizes he hasn't entered the ring, and says his name, Cthulu will make his move, consuming all who oppose him.
Besides, when you consider Dagon, Yog-shogoth, Zoth-Ommog, Tsathoggua, Shub-Niggurath, and the others that would be in his corner...he'd be a sure fire bet to win.
