Have you considered, that there's the slightest chance, that Barak Obama 'could ' fit the profile of the Anti-Christ ?
An almost 'magical' rise in popularity, originally a Muslim, attempted to re-write his personal history by writing a book about himself.. . . admitting cocaine use and 'most' everything else in his childhood.. . . . . . . . EXCEPT ONE THING. .. . . .. that he was originally a Muslim . I'm not at all implying that being a Muslim is bad.. . . .. . .but then why DID he chose to omit that entire sector of his life . If he somehow thought it was bad. . .. . . well then why did he ADMIT to the drug use ?
But consider ALL my speculations, and your own, and tell me please. . . .. .. . . .
Is there a 'chance' that he could be THE GREAT DECEIVER ?

Aaron - How can I put it to you that you need to look it up again . He was a Muslim . And it's now a provable fact . He said so, ok . He said he didn't like it, but he didn't deny it .

Population of the Earth being about 6.5 billion. So ... there's about a 1 in 6.5 billion chance he is. I read from Tim LaHaybe and Jerry B. Jinkins (who wrote the Left Behind series, and who are end-time philosophers) that the Anti-Christ will likely be of Roman decent. (In the LB series, he was Romanian). But then again, this is just an interpretation.
I believe that the Anti-Christ will rise from the United Nations. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate a lof of the things that the UN does, but if I were the Anti-Christ, then that would be the first place I would go to gain public support. The Anti-Christ will be somebody that the vast majority of the world supports and looks up to as they will be decieved by his lies. So if it is Obama, he's a while to go before he starts giving off red flags. Still, I don't see how religion plays into this. I would think that the Anti-Christ would claim to be athiest at first, then assert himself as a god.
It bothers me when people try to ask if Saddam Hussein, Kim Jong Il, or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad may be the Anti-Christ. People need to realize that the Anti-Christ will be wildly popular with most of the world (Evil people attract).

Nope. He has no connection with the roman empire for one thing. Another is per Daniel's prophecy, the anti-christ won't be into women and Barak's married.

I think it's somewhere near the end of the Bible.

The United States, despite is flaws, has kept the world from descending into1984 style horror through our intervention in WWI and WWII. We were able to do that because of our vast industrial base that was adapted to building armaments. In the last 40 years our industrial base has largely disappeared due to globalization. Whoever was behind that change is the anti Christ.

The Antichrist was Nero Caesar. "Nero Caesar" is 666 in Hebrew numerology.
To me, though, George W. Bush is a better match for the antichrist than Barak Obama.

I think the idea is ridiculous. There is no chance that Barak Obama is the anti-christ because there is no such thing as the anti-christ. Just like there is no such thing as Christ, the Tooth Fairy or unicorns.

I think he's deceitful because he's a politician. His magical rise in popularity is because everyone hates Bush and because Obama is black. No mysteries here, just racism and politics. Normal stuff.

Yawn. Obama was NEVER a Muslim. This was made up by a right wing think tank in Washington DC, and then floated on their web site......after being challenged on it...they claimed that a Hillary Clinton aide leaked it to them. This way they got to attempt discrediting both sides.
Why is it being taught, or accepted as truth, that Obama was a Muslim? Why do supposedly moral right wingers lie so much?
