Write down every nasty thing he did and put it where you can easily see it. Then whenever you feel sad, forgetting the bad stuff and find yourself glamorizing that old relationship, read what he did and it will give you a very good wake-up call! I did this myself and although it was not 100% perfect, it helped A LOT. It certainly kept my fingers away from his telephone number and off his e-mail address.

unfortunately the best remedy really is time...i know it's a cliche, but that is the only real cure...if this just happened then the feeling of betrayal, distrust, and heartache are still fresh...the best thing to do is to go on with ur life...and realize that crying will not change the situation , it will only make u feel better for the time being...that said dry those tears (cuz he's not really worth them)...on top of a broken heart, all u're getting is red and puffy eyes...tell urself that everything happens for a reason...u may find that u will do a lot better without him than when u guys were together...I hope u feel better...gud luck!

You need to let yourself go! In other words, if someone else (would have to be stupid knowing he cheats) that he's seeing gets together with him, then at least you already KNOW what she's going to go through with him...EXACTLY what you are now! And, don't forget to remind yourself of all the nasty, ugly, gross, mean habbits that he has that bugs you! That's what THE OTHER girl will have to live with and you WON'T. You already know what he has! That's OLD! YOU GET to find NEW! So, go get your NEW! Trust me, so many good relationships are from someone screwing up the one before!

Remember as long as you've closed your book and LEAVE before YOU move on, YOU WILL ALWAYS LEAVE THAT GOOD MEMORY. HOW COULD YOU NOT BY DOING SO?

Now go have some fun and take care!

The best way for you to get over someone like that is to move on. Do not let him that much authority over your life to where you have to make your world stop because he had a lot of bad judgment. You are the person who makes up your destiny. So for now on you let every one know what you will and won't stand for and you will receive the respect that you deserve.

Nothing to do but let time take it's course. Only helpful thing to tell you is to try and not be alone too much. Go out with friends maybe, and make sure they know not to bring up "you know who". The best part is that you now know he is an ---hole so that should help soothe you somewhat. I'm sorry that happened to you. That's the worst thing other than losing your loved one to death.

no. its going to be a while 4 to 6 months to notice a difference. just keep living normally. time will heal. talk about it until you get tired of hearing the same ol' sh*t over and over. thats when you'll notice a change for the better

ya sound terrible but hook up with his best friend or his worst enemy ..will get back at him faster than anything. plus he isnt worth a tear u have. so just be ova it, i know it hurts u but that is bc u cared but once he cheated the caring should of stopped instantly. u are betta than him ..u got strength to move on.

there is no quick fix, when your heat is involved. but as time go by
you will see that your heart will heal, and that you wont feel so
sad, along, just take step at a time.. start doing things that will
keep you active, so that your mind wont wonder. etc. go out with
friends.
