y do girls give out their no n when we call them they ingnore them?

i have this problem when i ask girls their no they will give it to me but when i tried calling them they will give all kind of reason for not answering n will not reply me late n will always say sorry for replying late i really dont understand them y is they r acting this way n i have already deleted almost abt 45 girls i wonder where i go wrong can some one enlighten me pls on what to do

As long as you continue to collect phone numbers like stamps, you cannot expect any of those girls to take you seriously.
