Shame, shame... thou shalt not wait till bedtime to come up with thy lesson plan. Talk about procrastination and the second coming. The foolish virgins who let their lanterns go out because they were not prepared. You can relate to that I am sure!

I did something today that turned out to be pretty fun. It's called (or I named it) "Sweet Words" Anyways, I looked for verses in the bible that talked about the specific topic I wanted to talk about and made a simple game were I formed them into groups or teams and all they had to do was look for the verses. Except that I didn't say the verses, they did. I called one person from each group at a time and showed them a card with the verse and they had to say it with three bon bons in their mouth. I let them repeat it a couple of times and whoever understood it looked for the passage and raised their hand to read it out loud for their group to get the point. I also mixed other questions about the same topic and each question was worth two points. After that all I had to to was give a small conclusion about the topic. I turned out to be a blast. Hope it helps.
