he is always finding excuses to talk to me or sit behind me. even my close friends have started noticing. he hangs around wherever i am with his friends. and what's more, on of his friends has started showing an interest in me! i don't know what to do coz he hasn't made any move yet. pls help.

If you like him stay away from his friend that's starting to show an interest in you. Start talking more to the guy you like and find out more things about him.
If he really does like you he won't care, he'll just be happy you're talking to him.
It's probably one of the best times to make a move since Valentines day is coming so you can ask him to be your Valentine. You have nothing to lose.

That's the same thing that's happened to me. If you have a hunch that he likes you, it could be possible, so don't give up your hopes!!!
