I was wondering if anyone knew the benefits of having an air purifier? I do not have allergies or anything like that so I am just wondering if I need a air purifier to be healthier?

Very good question. If you watch the air purifieng commercials they always state the epa study which found that...

"....air quality inside the home was up to 70 times worse than air quality outside."

Although this is true and fact, have you ever wondered "WHY" they don't tell us? Why don't the commercials say the answer to why the air is bad inside the house?

The answer is because if you knew the answer you would solve the problem at the SOURCE and then no air purifier would be needed.

The reason why the air has toxins, poisons, particles, is due to personal care products, cleaning products etc.. in the house.

If you ever walk down the cleaning aisle or laundry detergent aisle at the store you know the smell.

It's called OUTGASSING and the chemicals push their way out of the containers.

One could eliminate the dangers simply by getting safer products from a different store. You can buy them from Melaleuca online for example.

Then the air quality would improve.

I would go so far as to say that EVEN IF someone gets an air purifier all that would be doing is circulating the poisons in the air and not stopping it at its source.

Next time you see or hear a commercial about air purifiers listen how they never tell you "the reason" why the house air is bad. Because if you knew,,you would solve the problem at the source by not getting a air system but my not bringing the poisons into the home in the first place.

a secret you can get a central ionic filter installed at the furnace air cond. fan for pennies compared with the advertised crap they are selling on the market. but you don't need it if you have no allergies.

It will not make you super healthy. It may reduce the amount of boogers you have, though. And that's always nice.
