It's true, Windows Vista is pretty flashy and everything... but it's not worth paying that much for it.

Apple has had some of these "new" features for quite a while now, and is practically compatible with everything. Also, the new Mac OS X Leopard has very good back up features such as Time Machine and new visual effects that are, in my book, unrivaled by Windows.

Besides the fact that Mac OS X is better, it's also cheaper and less of a headache to work with.

--My two cents

It may be true that Vista does not support some of the devices (right now). That is because no availability of drivers from the manufacturers. Once the drivers are available, there wont be any problems.

I think the iPod problem is solved. You can now use iTunes on VIsta. For other devices, check the manufacturer's site for compatibility with Vista.
