There r so many athiests & agnostic who want to infame those of us who believe in God? Why don't they just skip over these questions, & go on to questions they can answer?

It seems this was another "touchy" question. I believe that EVERYONE has a right to their own beliefs even athiests/agnostics. I also respect their right to voice their opinions/ However I do not believe anybody has the right to call me "ignorant" because of my faith in God. & It seems to me atleast that there have been quite a few answers given by them that are not only argumentative, but designed to "inflame" the asker. I agree that millions of people have lost their lives due to wars fought in the name of God. That does not mean however that ALL Christian people fit that stereotype. & I do not understand why athiests/agnostics have to prove their beliefs by calling Christians ignorant, or stupid, or "hick". Maybe someone could explain this to me in an adult fashion, without name calling & foul language?

They want to prove to themselves that they made the right decision. That's why they contradict anyone who does not share their belief. Atheists have feelings of insecurity. They know the consequences of their decision in case they are wrong. Just ignore them. Let them go to ...

There are some professing Christians that live any and every way
Most nonbelievers, expect Christians to live a perfect life and to many times we let them down. A Christian should try his best to live a Christian life. Also, the Bible says that we are foolish in the eyes of the world, because they don't understand. Without the help of the "Holy Spirit" the Word of God is meaningless to them.

I need an example of an atheist "inflaming" a Christian in order to answer this question. Are you talking about what trolls do, or just general disagreement? Because there's nothing wrong with the latter, even if it turns into a heated discussion.

Well, for one thing, you have to understand that alot of people answer questions because they are bored or need more yahoo! question points.

Also, people are idiots. Unfortunately, we just have to live with them. I'm sorry if you are aggravated by these people.
It is the weekend as well, many people are bored and querulous.

Any serious bible related question that I have asked has been answered quite nicely by the religious folk. I don't get atheists trying to "inflame".

You should really stop whining. Just be happy that you are going to heaven and we are all going to hell.

People have the right to an opinion
If everyone agrees wouldn't life be boring
True Christians would not worry
Ask yourself
WHY DOES IT WORRY YOU ??????

So we can answer question like this that appear almost every few hours. And, hey, we skip some. Like the questions that aren't. For example, see "Just a reminder!?"

Do the questions disturb you? Do you find your faith wavering a bit in the light of inquiry? Do you have doubts?

Why else would you want to silence dialogue?
