Try finding anything that is of the slightest interest in any way and do it. I play games on the computer and I go from one game to another and my mother gets aggrivated because I am so involved in the games I choose. But it is my way of escaping from the world and into something to do. You may find another way and need to. If you have a close friend ask them or a member of your familyl

well this is what I do, pick up my bass and play some music.
play some videogames on tv.
call a good freind
clean the apartment
take the dog for a walk
let those creative juices flow
olso try reading a book
and answering questions on ya hoo answers

That depends on what you like. Me, for example, I like to stay active. I hop in my car and go to a gymnastics center or a dance studio and express myself through creative physical activity when Im bored.
