I keep waking up moaning and it sounds as if I was in pain. But I haven't been having any bad dreams. They're all okay, not bad or good. I was wondering if it might mean anything or if its just like talking in your sleep or sleepwalking. Also I sometimes moan when I'm falling asleep.

Moaning is tension release. It can mean that you are releasing some grief if it is persistent and wakes you up. It can be very comforting to moan... much underrated as a de-stressor..lol

just because she maybe having dreams about sleeping with someone else, doesnt mean she is in reality..once in a while i dream like this, but it doesnt mean i am having an affair, I tell my husband about it..Its nothing to be ashamed of, and its nothing we can control...you should trust her...my husband and I have a very close and open relationship..we are the meaning "best friends and lovers" Maybe she just feels too embarressed to tell you, or just not confertable, I would drop it if i were you.

Two of my (now adult) children did that since they were infants, and still do--no one thinks anything of it--it doesn't harm them in any way. It's just the way they sleep and wake.
