yes, i certainly have. I agree with you one hundred percent. I could go on and on, but i think the basic theory is that we lead by example, and i have met both extremes.

Maybe it's not the doctor that started this, but his/her staff. I working in an office that the staff was so awful, the doctor ended up being just as negative. NEVER settle for poor treatment and make it a point to let the doctor know why you are leaving (try to do so in a non-confrontational manner and it will have a greater impact).

It definitly matters. The doctors are the bosses at their private clinics.
If their mentality is that patients should be treated with utmost respect, they will make sure that the people they hire will follow to that code.
If their mentality is that patients should just go in, get examined and get the hell out, then the staff will see no need to go the extra mile.
Most of the time, what you have said is absolutely right!
Cheers!

Yeah, I've noticed that; funny thing..... It probably stems from the fact that the doctors usually make all the hiring decisions, and then treat their employees badly. Like demanding extra hours, poor benefits, a very strict work atmosphere, etc etc.

Sounds like your doctor and his staff need to see a proctologist.

definite, I see it and it also depicts the ditty for men in basic terms ending utilising the rest room: "you are able to shake it and do a music and dance yet, the perfect drop continuously leads on your pants".
