I need a program that frees up RAM.?

I need a program that frees up RAM space. Oh yea, I tried some, and all it did, was slowed down my computer.

The program has to be freeware.

Here is the link. I used to use it myself a while ago. Don't set it to automatic if you are a gamer or heavily use your computer.
