While there is one free morphing program I know of, Squirlzmorph, it doesn't animate. The programs I know of that do this are not free, but they are not terribly expensive, either. Try the http://www.broderbund.com site, and you will find 3 programs, they also come together in a suite. One is Morpheus, Face on Body, and a third one I don't recall the name.
