Financial issues. How will they get money? Where will they get. Who will sponsor the organization and how to get sponsors. Who will manage it and how will they manage it. Just some little ideas. Hope it helps.

u can maybe write about the aspects of funding/sponsors...or availability of resources, such as qualified ppl to effectively and successfully run the organization...it's infrastructure...hope this helps...gud luck!

theft, corruption, planning (and lack there of), deadlines, insubordination, how to expand (globally, franchise, license, export) tariffs and embargos, diversity in how other cultures view changes in time... (in the west we move rapidly, in the east there is a gently progression needed.)
