Assuming you have a flag to practice with, I would get a metronome and refresh yourself. Go through all the foot positions, drops spins, and simple tosses. Usually they will teach you a routine at auditions to judge your learning capability.

Good luck!!!!!!!!

Find out their requirements to make sure you qualify, and then register to try out ASAP. You don't want to be unable to participate based on logistics alone. You should also research the marching band's history and awards. (yay marching band!)Good luck!! Keep those colors flying high.
