what i don't get too is that once i called and he didn't call me back and i was a little pissed at him, saying 'oh i guess udon't want to talk to me'... he said i was being crazy (but still doesn't call me) then he emiails my friend a couple days later asking if i was still angry at him, as if he cares but he still doesn't do anything, no calls... i made a comment that upset him a couple weeks later and instead of telling me, he tells my friend... i wuz getting fed up w/this nonsens and didn't speak much to him, he emails my friend again, 'so she isn't speaking now?' as if it matters to him... sometimes he sends me sex jokes on email… sometimes he comes over to talk and sits close but no date !!! what gives?

Well I think he's being shy.
1st tell him that what you were crying about is strictly personal, & assure him that it had absolutely nothing to do with him.
Now guys don't like it when a girl they care about keeps stuff from them but you have every right to have private stuff, so don't feel you have to tell him everything just to keep him around.

If he's been flirting with you for 3 months before all this latest drama happened then he is either not all that in to you, or he is seriously shy, & my vote is he's shy.
I say that because he stares at you a lot, so there's enough evidence that he is in to you.
His problem is likely that he thinks you are unatainable for some reason.
Don't be so hard on yourself, you have a right to be sad when it's appropriate to be sad, so stop beating yourself up just because he can't summon up enough courage to ask you out on a date.

Maybe he needs a couple of real obvious signals from you that it's OK to ask you on a date.
For your sake I hope he gets it. My wife later told me that she dropped so many hints that the ground was littered with them before I finally figured things out, so I hope he's a little sharper on picking up hints than I was.

Let it go...I mean I think you guys should just be friends for awhile. I don't know the circumstances surrounding the issues that you faced when were crying at work...but all the issues need to be resolved and out of your system before you try to move on to anything else....that way you won't carry baggage around....basically I think you need to be cordial but that's about it Speak and keep kicking....if you keep trying to pursue a friendship or hanging out it is just going to make things worse...don't look so available or want for something so bad.....It will happen and you don't want to look like you are just so crazy for his attention....Be cool, calm and collected. Keep your hair, nails, face, and clothes together....Speak and keep it moving....being quiet can draw a person....Get it together and exude confidence and smile....if it is meant to develop it will unfold if not then.....it is him missing out.

I think that he might be a little uncomfortable with the situation, I mean he might have originally thought that you couldn't trust him, and then you had an attitude and blew everything out of proportion. Just go up to him and ask him out yourself. I mean jeez! If you seriously like him and you KNOW he most likely likes you than why don't you take the hint that he is nervous about asking you out and just take the chance and ask him out yourself!

Maybe he thought (or still thinks) the reason you were so upset that day, had to do with a man, and he is leery about getting involved right now. I would ask your friend that he e-mails with, if he ever brought that up.

the best answer you will get is if you ask him himself. ask him why he tells your friend and not you. be honest with him tell him how you feel . good luck.
