It has to be something besides CPU-z. I tried it, and it only says the mb they are...Nothing else.

Do you want to test the ram, as in see if its working properly? OR Do you want details about your ram, each of the two has a different program that is best for it. For testing, memtest86 http://www.memtest86.com/ is very good. For getting details I have found http://www.simmtester.com/PAGE/products/doc/docinfo.asp to be a really good program.
