TOUGH question. Since you say 'person', I'm assuming you're not allowing God or Jesus (in his God-aspect)...

Hmm. I'm thinking Methusela - I like the idea of living a very long time. But Adam would be fun too - though the ignorance and then the having to start everything from scratch would kinda suck.

Perhaps King David....It's good to be King! Ahhhh...I know King Solomon. Wise, Powerful...a good combo. That's my choice.

Either Moses, Jesus or Peter.

Moses had the ultimate experience and communication with God and even though there was that point when God told him that he could not go with his people to the promised land, he was still the one that God entrusted with the Ten Commandments. I am... of ultimate trust.
OR
Jesus because of undying faith and love for his father God, and for his wisdom. Yes, he may have endured the pain, but he did that for all of us.

OR

Peter, who Jesus trusted and loved so much because of his loyalty. Jesus had asked Peter 3 times if he loved him, and each of those times Peter said 'yes'. Jesus did this specifically because he knew that before the rooster crowed, that Peter would deny him three times. So in turn, the three times he denied knowing Jesus were canceled out by his admission of love. Peter was the only disciple who spoke up the truth 'who do you say that I am..'...and Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the son of the living God."

Mary, Mother of Jesus. Though Mary went through much doubt and heartache in her role as the Mother of Jesus, she was a woman of great courage and faith.

I'd want to be Judas...but I'm including the Gospel of Judas, where it explains that Jesus pulled him separately from the rest of his Disciples to explain that he must betray him, and that he would be infinitely rewarded for it in heaven.

Otherwise I would probably choose John the Baptist, just because he rules like that.

I'd be Jesus. Down to my jockeys playing dice and still playing on, and getting stoned every now and again.
