The average person has an IQ between 90 to 110.
Now, you also have to keep in mind that alot rides on how the test was administered. If you are taking online IQ tests, they really are not very accurate.
In the grander scheme of things, IQ is really not as important as other factors i.e. drive, determination, happiness, etc...

age has nothing to do with IQ. The age is figured into the test so that a person with a 100 IQ at age 12 will have a 100 IQ at age 20. Well that's how it is supposed to work anyway. you CAN do exercises to boost your IQ, but 138 is above average.
Smart however is different. Smart is how much you know. an encyclopedia or computer could be "smart" but have no IQ at all. the IQ tests also how well you can learn or figure things out.
by the way 100 is supposed to be average, but many people are well above that (i'm supposed to be 145 for what that matters, but it doesn't mean I will ever earn more money than you or have a happier marriage.)
80 is considered to be low.
I think I recall hearing that some chimpanzees have been able to score (on a language neutral version of the test ) between 85 and 100. I am pretty sure our current president is also in that range (no offense, just fact) so you see IQ really doesn't matter or measure success.

IQ of 100 is defined as normal. It's a little more tricky for young people, if you took the adult test. Because you are not expected to solve problems at the speed of an adult.
If your IQ is truly 138, measured on an adult test you are much smarter than the average bear.
Just remember that IQ is not the only factor that will give you success in life. How you use it will be much, much more important.

Were you given an actual IQ test, or did you use an internet quiz? 138 is a very high IQ, but the quiz websites like to flatter you and give you a high score. I do not have an IQ of 160, but when I take the internet quizzes, that's where I score. Anything between 85 and 115 is average.

IQ doesn' t change with age. The average IQ for all people is 100. There are different tests/ ways of grading for different age groups, but your IQ is something that you are supposedly born with. However, people's IQ scores do change a lot of the times, which just goes to show that IQ tests are not very accurate and a lot of times measure testing ability over intelligence.

Well if you where so smart you would known that you can't get zero. On an Intelligent quoter's test people average around 100 give or take 20 points. Didn't they explain this to you when you took the test? Different ages is taken into account when given the test. Are you 11 and a half and making up stories?

My IQ is 99 or 100 and I'm 15. One time when I took a test got 107 I think. I was proud of myself. Yeah but most people have an IQ of 100.
