well it seems like this is your first love that's why your so shy and it seems that she likes you which makes things way easier but do you feel the same way about her??? because if you do then be honest about your feelings towards her and don't be shy but tell her or respond to her sms in a positive way that she would understand that you feel the same way about her.
But stop being shy cause one day you have to come out of your shell and fall in love :) best of luck.

your second statement indicates that you are also interested in her.
Now, if you think you can match her level in most of the ways eg intelligence,status,style,economics etc than go ahead and accept her proposal, wholeheartedly before you loose her and repent later.
Coming closer after the above assessment will start the relationship on a firmer foundation to success.

What age are you my dear? If you are over 18 then according to law you are a major, so act like one. Talk with her frankly and clearly wihtout any ambiguity. Accept whatever comes. That will clear your mind.
