some people are paying "chicken", some are drunk, high, etc and have no clue, some are trying to commit suicide. When trains hit something, unless the crossing arms are not working (in which case one should always pay attention before crossing the tracks) it is the driver of the vehicle or the pedestrians fault. Trains are HUGE, you can see & hear them coming....they cannot stop on a dime. STAY OFF THE TRACKS.

Most of the time the accidents in San Antonio were from people drunk and sleeping on the tracks. Then some kids got killed trying to walk in between two trains. Just stupid carelessness.

Train accidents happen on the railroad tracks because ... that's where the trains are!

I believe something like that has to happen by simple carelessness. Human carelessness. There is a reason you don't ride your bicycle on the interstate. Trains can take miles to stop not feet. People have no business walking on R-R tracks--they're not for us to walk on!!!!
