I need this by Feb./11/07/Sunday and at the time.......maybe around 5:30 and down or noooo maybe about 6:15 I'm giving you ok so help a sista' out and please help me!!!! :0

we have empanadas in venezuela,which are made with a cornmeal dough.Roll it flat in a circle and put a filling of your choice (Ilike queso blanco-white cheese) fold it in a halfmoon shape,close the open side and either bake or fry in hot oil.
In spain I remember pan tumaca.Cut a baggette in big half pieces,rub with a cut tomato,add a dash and olive oil and fresh garlic (you can rub it on it too) ,salt and pepper to taste and bake.You can also add a topping before baking,I like it plain or with cheese on top

Argentina-Parilla (bbq meats).
Spain-Empanadas, Paella.

Bolivia-They have over 400 types of potatoes lots of rice, meat chicken stew, some empanada like things

argentina must be the "empanadas", venezuela "arepas", spain "Paella or gazpacho", bolivia i dont know maybe something that indians eat.

I had a friend from Venezuela who made arepas, they are made with cornmeal, salt and water...form into small balls, then flatten and fry in grease until golden brown...they are great.....
