Actually it means: "I love you, my heart! (this being an expression of endearment)" In Arabic culture, if you love someone, you call him/her "my heart".

Well, yes. The "b" is unnecessary, but common in the Levant.

Since you are a guy, the "-ak" ending is fine. If you were saying this to a girl it would be "-ik".

Careful, though, with the second word. The word for heart begins with a "qaf," a sound unknown in English, pronounced differently in different countries, but never like a "k". The word should be "qalbi".

The reason I warn you is that "kalb" does exist. It means "dog," a word with negative connotations. Arabs make allowances for foreigners, but you could still be ridiculed for calling someone "my dog".
