I don't think that God personally makes salami so that part of your question makes no sense (nor does posting it in this category). Those little white things are the fat ground up in the ground beef. They are natural ingredients of the meat, not something sprinkled into there. If you don't like them then fry up thin slices of the salami . They will melt away while providing a great aroma in your kitchen and the resulting crispiness of the fried salami will make it taste even better..

Calm down, pal. Those little white things, as you call them, were purposefully installed by creationist scientists to help wash down the taste of 6000 year old wine. I know you'll never come close to sampling such a delicacy, but next time you drink something putrid, eat some salami - you'll never ask this question again.

Salami is also subject to the fall. Edenic salami had no white things, nor will post-resurrection salami.

The white things are there because the earth is only 10,000 years old. Once it ages, they will go away.

Oh yeah! That's what I'm talking about! Go you.
Why do pretzals cost?
Why are I-pods so expensive?
Why are there mini-vans?
