I do! But I put my warm cornbread in a glass of cold milk. Got that from my Mother. People who do not eat cornbread this way is sure missing something good. Maybe they should try it..

Hey! That is good old Southern eatin. Matter of fact. Earlier in the day I had homemade soup and cornbread . Then later on, I ate some cornbread and milk. Corn bread is like a religion here in the south, they gotta have it.. Many Northern folks are not familiar with it and it is not a common item on many of their grocery shelves.

I think that people ate that frequently in the depression.
My 80 year old dad likes cornbread in a bowl with buttermilk!
