Is it ok to just keep dating a person and not saying it is a relationship?

When does dating become a relationship? After How many dates? Or after 5-10 dates is it considered a relationship?

It's ok as long as it works for both people. There are no specific number of dates. I say, don't mess it up with titles, if it's going fine now, don't rock the boat.
