could be, a specific kind of skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma, first it looks like a pimple but then it doesn't heal, then it is a small little wart looking thing, it will eventually grow into a mole, this kind of skin cancer is fairly common and usually forms on peoples noses or the area between the eyebrows. best advice- go to a dermatologist (a good one) they will take a sample and let you know either way, then you can decide what to do from there

I too have a white round lifted area on my nose that looks kind of like a pimple. There is a form of skin cancer that has this look to it. I had mine checked out by my doctor and he assured me it is not cancer. They can look at it under a magnifying glass and can tell. Go see your doctor. Good luck!

well, can you explain what it looks like a little better? And if you are that concerned about it and think it might be something serious, you should really consider going to the doctor and getting it checked out. you don't want it to get worse.
A doctor can tell you a lot more about it than we can on yahoo answers.

You can go to the doctor and they will do a biopsy of the area or remove the spot .This could be a precancerous lesion and could lead to skin cancer.It is better to go and be safe.

go to the doctor and have it checkes. is it growing or hurting? it could be a mole. the doctor can tell you. go fast because if u do have cancer, its best for early detection.

is there any chance it is read but not pimple like? if so it could be a spider vain, if you are worried about I would got to WEBMD.com and see what they say then go from there.

maybe melenoma (sp) or just a mole which could also turn cancerous. Go to a dermatologist.

lol......u should deff. go see a doc! i was what tv & this girl had a cyst that was there 4 a couple monthz! so i would deff. go see a doc!
