I am on food stamps and also receive money towards daycare services for my child. Do I claim this on my taxes and if I do then where and how?

Yes!
Claiming benefits does not mean you receive a refund. Anything you receive from the government must be declared.
Call the IRS and they will instruct you after being passed around.
Go to your local library, many citizens volunteer this service for free.

You don't report food stamps.

And assuming that the money you receive toward daycare services is actually spent on daycare services, you don't report that either. You would not be able to claim a dependent care credit for the portion of daycare expenses paid with that money though.

Why would you think you are entitled to a tax refund on money you did not earn and was given to you by the tax payers?

you can ask an agent at H and R Block. they are at all the walmarts.
