No, they had their chance. Hell is an eternal seperation from God. There is no "love" in Hell. It cannot exist. Since Hell is an evil place, love cannot exist because it is the opposite of evil.

if a person is destinate to hell,
the god put him to it becoz,
that people, didnt love god anymore.
but maybe he gonna realize it,
he will make hiz zelf loving the god right now.
zo you cant love him anymore.

In my opinion yes. God loves all His children. God wants His children with him. For example, our parents want us to be with them, they love us. We, for some reason leave. Being gone for awhile somehow realize we want to go home to our parents, we realize we love them and want to go home to them. Being loving parents, they take you back, unconditionally. As with God, you realize you love Him and want to come home to Him, after being gone for awhile, being a loving Father, Who loves unconditionally takes you home, to Heaven. It is by our own choosing that we are in hell, we wanted to leave home and the Father.
