When you use a flat iron or even a curling iron, make sure you use a spray that protects your hair, the heat can damage your hair. Also, use some deep conditioner when you wash your hair, and get your hair trimmed often. As others said above, you can also take vitamins that will help your hair, nails, and skin at a vitamin store. I take them too.

Tomato juice will help your split ends, but you also need to look into reducing the stress that you are putting on your hair. Use Tourmaline blow dryer to dry your hair completely before using an iron to straighten it. Also, use heat protecting lotions or serums on your hair before you dry it.

thats because your hair is damaged all over. in order to have no more split ends you will have to cut all of the damaged parts of your hair, or at least most of it. for now use hair lotion or coconut oil. make sure you deep conditions at least weekly.
