Here's a curious question to ask.
But a question that we all have done if.....you've ever Kissed your 'special someone' on the Lips.
*Why do we tend to Close Our Eyes when ever we 'Kiss' our boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife ??*
Why do you think you Close Your Eyes when you personally 'Kiss' your boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife ??
Or.....You have never really noticed that you Do Close Your Eyes while Kissing?
Think about it. Just for fun, the next time you feel like Kissing your Special guy or gal on their LIPS, Watch yourselves. You 'WILL' have your Eyes
Closed.
We've been taught and raised in this world that Eyes Closed while KISSING is the only way to Kiss on the Lips.
I think I'm the only person on earth that Does Kiss his darling wife with his Eyes Open, or am I ?? = < )
Any comments ?

Actually the scientific explanation for that is that both the muscles used for kissing (when we "pucker") and clossing the eyes share the same innervation (nerves).

Where exactly do your eyes go then, when kissing? ^^ From that position, unless you only focus with one eye, you're going cross eyed! And other then your partners' closed eyes (or open), what is there to look at? Wouldn't you rather relax into the kiss, than keep your eyes looking at nothing in particular and take some of the sensation away? Just thoughts from an eye-closer. ;D

We continually close our eyes while sending a French Kiss so as that it will no longer get disturbed whether yet another man or woman is on the marketplace interior the way! greater persons French-kissed, greater income! 2 or greater birds in one stone!

the same reason we close our eyes when we sneeze...can't help it. sometimes i peek.
because you're in someone's face and you can't really focus being that close anyway, so you might as well close your eyes
