WELL IT DEPENDS! a) is there still a level of attraction between the two of you? b) was the break-up really mess? c) is he with anyone else? d) was the relationship any good when you were together? e) do you really really want to get back together or do you just want him to love you again because of emotional insecurity?
There are loads of questions like these, and if you cheated on him or didn't something really bad then it's tricky... but nothing's impossible.
I've had loads of boyfriends, loads of breakups, and I reckon I'm an expert on getting them back! The main thing is to BE NICE, remember everything that he liked about you in the first place, and emphasise those bits without the bad bits. Be confident, don't be needy, be patient, make sure you look good (but not overdone), DON'T FLIRT OR GO OUT WITH OTHER PEOPLE, but DON'T DON'T DON'T be desperate. And yeah, just remind him, subtly, about everything that was good about the two of you, and then get the timing right, be a little suggestive, but let him come to you.

i've been trying to get that answer myself and i've had my ex around for about 8 months already and she'll just go through this **** where one minute shes good and the next shes full of her self so i don't think that there is a answer to that just give them space and if they really want you back then they'll come

ok this is a hard one ex g\f don't love back very easily
first let her know you are sorry and do things for her thatr she wouldn't expect let her know your ready for a relationship and she will eventually will come around and if she doesn't then it weas never meant to be good luck
