Well, it's Long Pig, so any veggie that would go with pork would be appropriate. May I sugggest corn, carrots, and possibly potatos?

And I'm sure a domestic wine would be fine - I'm guessing the cannibal is imported. - Perhaps a nice Chianti to go with the fava beans Gemma suggests...
