The only things that ever saved me were luck, probability, people, and an education.

What do I think? I think you have made your choice

I don't have a savior (besides myself), or any divine anything whose purpose is to "save" anyone, but even if I did, it would be your decision not to accept if for yourself. What would it have to do with me?

People have to learn to understand and accept that there are things they cannot change. Other people's minds are one of those things. People will decide on things for themselves. As far as what I DO believe in goes, I figure that if you want to know, you'll ask. Otherwise, you probably don't care, so why would I waste my time telling you?

Although I do resent your indication that all religious people have "spiritual crutch[es]." While it is unfortunate that many people use religion as a crutch, many others do not.

I'm not your judge, or the One you will one day have to explain to. By then you may have accumulated more wisdom than you now have, and this question may be moot. God gave you free will and said "Go where ye list." Who am I to say otherwise?

As a Christian its not for me to tell you what to do. If you dont want to be saved now, thats fine with me. God calls people not other people.

Ask yourself this: what if tomorrow you were killed in an automobile accident.....God forbid......

Do you think you are going to be cremated or embalmed and put in a casket and buried and that is all to your life?

Do you believe you have a spiritual soul....that goes on living after death? or do you think your soul will never die....?

Jesus told the men on the cross that the day he died he would be with him in heaven....if he believed....in Jesus as his savior...

What do you have to lose by studying the holy books and learning why we have this gift that is offered to everyone no matter his color or anything ...just come as you are to God...and you can be saved from Hell and damnation that is promised to all who refuse and reject God and his word.

What does this earth and it's ways ...offer us today?
The life many people live is not very peaceful and loving...so much stress in our world with wars..and people starving...

I'm not perfect....I'll never be but I ask God to forgive me and help me life a better life....so he will show his grace and mercy to me when I die and I want to be with him in heaven...

why would I want to be lost? and end up in hell suffering after I leave this world?

We all want to have fun....but there is always a price for doing something that is not good for us.....we always pay one way or another....we can do things that are harmless to ourselves and others....or have habits that are not in our best interests...

All of us must make choices everyday....YES OR NO....to many things that comes our way...

Being an older woman I'm at that time in my life where I see that years ago ....I could have said NO...to some things and all it did was cause problems....but at that time it was fun....I can't fix history but I can tell others....to feed their spiritual life...don't forget it .....you feed your physical body ....so it can grow ...

We don't have a 'savior' in Asatru. We also are just fine with people having religions different than ours unless we are attacked over our beliefs. We tend to get along just fine with atheists.

A man rejects God neither because of intellectual demands nor because of the scarcity of evidence. A man rejects God because of a moral resistance that refuses to admit his need for God.

No, my religion (Asatru) doesn't have any saviors and my Gods do not punish people for not believing in them. I have no problems with someone being an Atheist.

As a Wiccan, I believe that if a Deity exists, He/She/It views all of creation equally -- theists and atheists alike. As far as our religion is concerned, you don't have to be Wiccan to be "saved" (a concept that doesn't even exist in Wicca); you don't even have to believe in a God/dess at all. We're not out to convert you. Why should we? As long as you're living a fulfilled life and not harming anyone else, it's all good as far as we're concerned.

No one is forcing you to accept any religion, it should be your choice, and i do wish you would accept christianity, i respect your opinion even though I do't agree with it.
