You've seen it. At the mall or at the movies.
Like while you're watching the movies, you hear a black person giving play-play commentary:
"Damn n!gga, don't let that muthaf*cka go inside that house! Oh dayyyummm -- you alright n!gga, you alright, just brush that dirt off yo shouldas!!! Ain't no thang but a chicken wang! AHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no he didn't!!!"
Or answering the cellphone in the theaters:
"*Ring* (top 20 hiphop ringtone)
Yeah, whattup?
Naw, we at the movies.
Yeah.
Just me, Tyrone, Dayshawn and them.
Aiight.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah n!gga.
Aiight.
Uh-huh.
Coo.
Yeah we gon' be there.
No doubt.
Aiight coo.
Peace. Late."
And that may go on for a good 5 minutes.
At my college certain blacks sit in a section of campus and just get loud and sometimes make fun of people's clothes as they walk by.
Why do you tend to see black people act loud and rude in public?
And yes, I know any race can act ignorant, but it seems to be more pronounced with blac

What also gets me is that these people acting ignorant must be totally oblivious to the fact that they are being bad representatives of their race, to those racist types that will assume ALL blacks are that way. And I know many black people are embarrassed by the loud and rude blacks.

SoBelle:
I think you gave bad examples when making comparisons. You said whites being loud at parties at football games. Football games and parties are supposed to be loud. You said talking on cellphones at malls, restaurants, or in an office. Since when was talking on a phone at a mall bad etiquette? I was talking about being loud in a movie theater, being loud on campus, talking on the phone in a movie theater. Although I believe there are ignorant whites that are ignorant in these places, you didn't really give good examples. Have you ever seen a quiet football game or party? I haven't. I've seen quiet theaters though.
