I would just ask her stuff in class things like.."what does that say? or can i see her notes....so I asked her so when r u taking ur test(were ina jc college right now)...she was like smiling on monday...soo ur going to ut? (she had a binder witha ut cover on it, that looks like she put in)...she was like yeah smiling..i said im gonna apply there she was like really.ill know in 2 months...i was like cool..( I was standing up and she was sittint down and this was the end of class)so i guess she thought iw as leaving and she said bye..so i said see ya..(she had to get her stuff in the bag)...next time i c her...what if i mention something like so u got a hot date for valentines day?..(casually) if she says no..can u be my valentine? then before i let her respond ..i can be like "ur lol ur like noooo..i wont" lol then she might laugh and i can put my "finger" by eye and pretend like a tear was dripping...like anime haha how does that sound?? my plan haha

you know what LOVE (dating) plans that doesnt work. just go with the flow. just ask her out then, if she says either yes or no, be glad.
asking her that question - will you be my valentine? sounds cheesy to me. very unreal. best thing you can do - BE yourself.
