okay, so he told me that he wanted to come over to watch a movie and all... i told him i'd have to call him when my mom got home. sooo, i'm calling and calling, and finally i got ahold of him... and he was at a party... he told me that he would come right over as soon as my mom got home, but it turns out he's at a party... sooo, should i be getting some type of message about this or what? it really seems like he's extremely into me too. all the time he's all over me... but idk, it seems like something always comes up, besides that one date last saturday, and he told my friends that he's gonna ask me out this weekend, but so far he's just at a party. what do i do?

Don't do anything. Don't worry.
He just likes parties better than watching a movie. The movie can be seen ANYTIME but the party will end soon.
I think most people would like to go to a party rather than sit in front of a TV.
He still likes you. Please don't take it personally.
