every person, including women, have hair all over their bodies. some women have more than others. it is not unnatural at all.

Women are humans too and can have some hair on their chest. Usually it is a sign that the woman has a high level of estrogen!

Hair on women's bodies is very normal and typical for some races. Middle Eastern women, like myself, have very fine hair all over their body. Some could be on their chest, but it is not that noticeable.

It happens, it can mean that she is taking steroids either medically, or as a way to bulk up. Otherwise it probably means she just has a higher level of sex hormones than average. It's easily dealt with by all the usual methods.

Some women overseas have hair that only grows on their nipples. I've been all over the world, and I can tell you, women in America are not like other women, and our costums are way different.

It happens....why does it matter?
Since we are mammals, our whole body is covered with hair. Some have hair that is more coarse, that's all.

She may be taking steroids. I would ask her to get tested for steroids.
