We may all have to make changes or even sacrifices in our lifestyle to ensure that we and our children can enjoy long, healthy lives. What can we do to help lessen the extent of the problem, and how can we ensure that the government finally steps up to the plate?

Inform yourself, from as many sources as possible. Vote for anyone who supports your beliefs or vote against those who don't. Talk to other people about your beliefs, based on facts; sway other people to your position.

Whatever the facts of global climate change are, it only makes sense to use as few resources as we can in our daily lives. Walk softly on this earth of ours.

Well, we can start by not driving cars as much as possible. CFCs from vehicles, as you know, are the main cause of the ozone layer depletion, and yet they are so slow to admit it. Is it just me, or is the auto industry applying pressure on the government so they can have their way with us?

Stop driving gas guzzlers. All you are doing with them is lining the purses of regimes that hate us. That would be a good start.
